应对疫情，中国政府迅速坚决地采取了科学、有效的决策，中国人民万众一心共克时艰。河北美术学院根据国家教育部和河北省的统一部署，第一时间启动应急预案，成立疫情防控领导小组，出台系列规定，积极抗击疫情。

为防止病毒扩散，保障留学生身体健康和生命安全，国际教育学院实行封闭式管理和24小时值班制度，持续向留学生发布抗击疫情的相关信息；记录更新在校、离校、离境留学生的准确信息；为留学生购置日常生活必需品和基本防护用品，为留学生进行体温晨午检，关心和掌握留学生生活状况身体情况；为留学生提供心理咨询和心理疏导；对留学生宿舍、教室、图书馆等场所进行消毒等等。

虽然疫情的防控工作成效显著，但值此关键时期，仍需大家战胜疫情的坚定信心和通力合作，希望大家能配合学校做到以下几点：

1.2020年春季学期开学时间将根据疫情防控形势决定，在此之前学校将继续实行封闭式管理。请同学们关注学校发布的各项通知，务必不要提前返校。

2.校外留学生与辅导员或包联教师保持密切联系，每日主动汇报体温、行踪等信息，不得虚报、瞒报、拒报、迟报。
